Do I need trailer insurance?
Nope. In the State of Texas, when the trailer is hooked up to your vehicle, your auto policy covers the trailer. We just need proof of insurance and you're good to go!
Can I travel outside of the Austin area with my rental?
Absolutely! There are unlimited miles on all trailer rentals, as long at they are returned where picked up.
Can I extend my rental time after I've received the trailer?
No problem. If the trailer is available, we'd be happy to extend your rental time.
What materials cannot be loaded into the enclosed trailer?
Most materials are just fine. However, concrete and brush are not allowed due to the likelihood of damage to the track system. Please reach out for more info regarding material restrictions and requirements.
What happens if I am running late to my pickup/drop-off time?
Your rental time starts at the designated pickup time. Please note that if you are running behind, the drop off time does not change.

If you are running over 15 minutes late for the drop off time, a $25 late fee will be charged. For every 30 minutes after that, an additional $30 charge will be added.
Can I rent after normal operating hours?
All deliveries and pickups stop at 7:00 pm. If you choose to pick-up/drop-off the equipment yourself, you are welcome to do so before 9:00 pm. Please notify us ASAP if you need to schedule an after-hours drop-off/pick-up.
Do I need my own hitch?
No worries! If you do not have a hitch, we provide one for you, free of charge.
Can I cancel my rental?
Yes, but we need a 24-hour notice. If the 24-hour mark is not met, the $50 reservation fee will cover the cancellation.
Do you offer discounts?
We're frequently running deals and promotions. Feel free to ask us if we have any discounts available at the time of your rental.
